Good questions
Answers Before You Ask
How much does a handyman cost in Yukon?
Labor is $85 an hour, billed in 30-minute steps after the first hour, with a $149 minimum visit. Common jobs have flat rates, such as $149 to mount a TV or $149 for a like-for-like faucet swap. Every price is on the pricing page, and yours is confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, $149. It covers the first hour on site, which is enough for many single repairs. If you have several small jobs, a half-day block at $319 gets you four hours and a lower hourly cost.
What areas do you serve?
Yukon, Piedmont, Mustang, Bethany and northwest Oklahoma City have no trip fee. Edmond, Deer Creek and the rest of Oklahoma City are served by appointment with a $25 trip fee. We are based in Piedmont.
When can you come out?
We book Saturdays from 8am to 4pm and weekday evenings from 5:30 to 8:30pm by appointment. Same-day or priority visits are sometimes possible for an added $50, when the schedule allows.
What work do you not do?
We do not do new electrical circuits, wiring or panel work, new plumbing, water heaters, gas lines, heating and air, structural work or roof repair. Fixture swaps are like for like only. When a job crosses one of those lines, we will refer you to a licensed pro.
How do I pay?
You pay when the work is done, after you have seen the photo report. Materials are billed at cost plus 20%, or you can supply them yourself. Nothing is added on site without a signed change order.
